As a result of aggressive pretrial litigation and relentless cross-examination of our client’s accusers at trial, we negotiated a mid-trial resolution in which the prosecution dismissed felony firearm charges, abandoned their request for a 15-year prison sentence, and agreed to a probationary disposition. After months in custody, our client walked out of the courthouse that day.
