JE Law filed a petition to vacate our client’s conviction for Aiding and Abetting Second Degree Unintentional Felony Murder. The Court initially denied the petition. JE Law filed a motion to reconsider, pointing out the legal errors in the Court’s ruling. The Court reversed its decision and GRANTED our petition to vacate our client’s murder conviction.
