Assault 2nd Degree with a Dangerous Weapon - DISMISSED

Hennepin County, January 2026:

JE Law filed a motion to dismissed based on lack of probable cause. Before the Court could rule on the motion, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office conceded the issue and voluntarily dismissed the Assault 2nd Degree charge - removing the threat of prison time for our client.
