After aggressive litigation and negotiation by Johnson Erickson Criminal Defense, the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office dismissed our client’s Criminal Sexual Conduct complaint in its entirety, conceding that “there is insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.” As a result, our client’s 4-year-long nightmare came to an end.
